These terms and conditions of use (the “Terms”) govern the contractual relationship between (a) Preview Properties LLC, registered office Dubai, UAE, referred to as “Preview”, “we”, “us”, and (b) any individual referred to as “User”, “you”, “him”) accessing or visiting the website https://www.previewproperties.ae (the “Site”, “Website”) and/or wishing to use the instant valuation tool (the “Product”) offered by Preview on the Website.

By accessing the Site or using the Product, the User declares that he/she is at least 18 years old. The Product is intended for personal use only, with no direct connection to any professional activity.

PLACING AN INSTANT VALUATION REQUEST AND USING THE SITE IMPLIES UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SITE OR THE PRODUCT.

Description of the Product

The Product is the Preview Properties Instant Property Valuation Tool, powered by Property Monitor Software & Services LLC (“PM”), a recognized automated residential property valuer.

The User provides property characteristics (e.g., building name, area, floor number, square footage, bedroom and bathroom count). Based on this data, the Product generates a report that may include:

  • Estimated property valuation
  • Estimated valuation range for similar properties sold in the past 6 months
  • Comparable sold properties
  • Current listings
  • Market trends
  • Local activity
  • Recently sold nearby properties
  • Additional location insights

The report is for informational purposes only. It is not an official valuation by a certified valuer nor legal, financial, or investment advice.

Preview makes no guarantee of the report’s accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Use of the Product is at the User’s sole risk. Preview shall not be held liable for decisions made based on the Product or any notifications (email, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.) related to it.

The Product is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

Preview reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Product at any time without prior notice.

User Obligations

By using the Site or Product, the User agrees to:

  • Comply with these Terms and all applicable UAE laws.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
  • Not misuse or interfere with the Site or Product functionality.
  • Not use the Site or Product for illegal, harmful, or disruptive activities.
  • Not attempt unauthorized access, data mining, or reverse engineering.
  • Maintain confidentiality of any credentials and account access.

Preview may restrict, suspend, or terminate access at its discretion for any misuse or violation.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content (text, graphics, software, layout, etc.) on the Site is the exclusive property of Preview, its licensors, or suppliers, protected under UAE and international law.

Users may not:

  • Use Preview or PM’s logos or trademarks without written permission.

No license or right to use any intellectual property is granted without explicit authorization.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • The Site, Product, and related information are provided as general informational tools and do not constitute professional advice or an offer to sell or lease any property.
  • Users must conduct their own due diligence and cannot rely solely on Product outputs.
  • Valuation data may not reflect real-time conditions or unique property features.
  • Any market forecasts or projections are speculative and not guaranteed.
  • Preview is not liable for:
    • Reliance on reports or data
    • Disclosure to third parties
    • External events affecting performance or accuracy
    • Any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from Product use

Personal Data

By using the Site or Product, the User confirms they have read and understood Preview’s Privacy Policy, detailing how personal data is collected and processed.

Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites for convenience. Preview does not endorse or control these sites and is not responsible for their content or practices. Access is at the User’s own risk.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, UAE. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Dubai, though Preview reserves the right to bring action in the User’s jurisdiction if necessary.

Waiver and Severability

Failure by Preview to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver. If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining sections shall remain in effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with Preview’s Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Preview regarding the Site.
